                                                                                                                                                                                                          Neil Mumford   FPFS, ACII

My entire career has been spent in Financial Services, firstly with National Westminster Bank and over the past 30 years as a Financial Adviser specialising in Investment Management, Retirement  and Estate/Inheritance Tax planning.

I was awarded Chartered Financial Planner status in 2009 and as a result of further study, I became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, by examination in 2015. This is the highest award offered by the society and one of the most prestigious titles in UK Financial Planning.

I look after a range of clients including senior professionals, business owners and retirees. My main focus is on building long term relationships with my clients and to help them and  their families create financial independence, which will  subsequently help them achieve their goals and aspirations in life. I believe that one of my strengths is being able to listen to what my clients want to achieve and helping put in place the right strategy for them.

I have extensive experience in dealing with clients who are very near or in retirement. Understanding their financial concerns  and acting as your custodian, I make it my job to ensure that your assets are in the right place, to help you achieve financial independence and to achieve your objectives. I also try and bring to life your financial assets by the use of cash-flow planning software, which can demonstrate what your financial future may look like.

Along with over 30 years experience, I constantly strive to keep my knowledge up to date and hold some of the industries leading advanced qualifications in retirement and investment planning.

Having a passion for the more rural outdoor life, I live in the picturesque Surrey Hills on the Surrey/Hampshire border with my wife Sharon and pet cockerpoo Kizzy.

I have had a business relationship with Neil for over 25 years. I can therefore speak with a very long-term view of Neil’s advice and service.  Throughout this time, I have found Neil to be entirely on top of the complexities involved in providing appropriate and tailored financial advice. His advice is consistently well informed and he can be relied on completely to provide sound, practical advice.  Neil is responsive to requests for help and has always charged fairly for the services provided. Trust is important in such a relationship; I trust Neil
